This 96-hour program is designed to equip you with the essential knowledge and hands-on experience needed to succeed in today’s modern manufacturing environment. Our curriculum blends practical training with theoretical knowledge to prepare you for real-world challenges in manufacturing settings. This course is ideal for individuals looking to enter the manufacturing workforce or upgrade their current skills. Whether you’re a job seeker, career changer, or a high school graduate, this program provides the tools you need to get started.

Classroom & Hand-on Training

Participants will gain a strong foundation in key manufacturing concepts and workplace skills through a mix of classroom instruction and hands-on training using real tools, equipment, and simulations. This practical approach ensures you are not just learning theory but applying it in a realistic setting.

  • First Aid/CPR/AED
  • OSHA-10 General Industry
  • Forklift Operator
  • Manufacturing Skills Basic
Training Requirements
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • NCRC Silver or higher

All Workforce training courses require 90% attendance to receive completion certifications

How to Enroll

This training is currently available through Reconnect Grant. To enroll, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact Your Local WIN Job Center
    Reach out to the Jackson, Rankin, or Vicksburg WIN Job Center and ask about enrolling in the Reconnect Training.
  2. Complete Reconnect Paperwork
    Submit all required documentation to the WIN Job Center. Once approved, you will receive a registration link by email.
  3. Register for the Class
    Use the registration link provided to sign up for the training. A confirmation email from Canvas will follow once your registration is complete.
  4. Log into Canvas
    Access your Canvas account. The training will appear on your dashboard.
  5. Upload Pre-Class Documentation
    Click on the training listed on your dashboard and upload all required documents before the class begins.

Once all steps are complete, you are officially enrolled and ready to begin training.
