Hiney Ho Smoked Sausage

Smoked sausage has been a product of Hinds Community College since the early days when meat was processed at a Cold Storage Plant located on the campus. It came to be known as the Hiney Ho smoked sausage in the 1970’s and was sold on a hoagie roll in the café on campus.
