Hinds Community College’s Vicksburg-Warren Campus closed at 3 p.m., today, Feb. 23, because of icy weather conditions. Offices are closed and no classes will meet after 3 p.m. The other five locations are open until 4:30 p.m. but are cancelling all night classes....
