The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) SOAR (Seeking, Observing and Achieving Results) HBCU Scholars Program is a premier leadership development experience designed to prepare high-achieving high school juniors (rising seniors) for academic success and professional excellence. Hosted on the Utica Campus, the program aims to bridge the gap between high school and college by providing students with the skills, resources, and mentorship needed to thrive in higher education and beyond.
