The first intern under the new partnership is Hunter Holtsinger of Brandon who will spend the summer working at Atmos’ location in Jackson. He is a sophomore at Hinds studying Mechanical Engineering Technology.
“Only about 30 students in the country earned that award,” said Tim Krason, the Honors Institute Dean on the Raymond Campus.
Dr. Sills has been with Hinds for 13 years as a Veterinary Technology instructor.
“It’s a pleasure to teach such bright, motivated students, and I appreciate the excellent attitude they have toward education.”
