Summer office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday, but the college will be closed on Fridays.
We designed our Pathways as a roadmap to show you all the different options available. If you plan to transfer to a university, our program maps ensure you take the right classes. Our career and technical programs offer multiple degree and certificate options, each one training you for high-wage, high-skill, and high-demand jobs. With 70 career and technical programs, and over 20 different academic areas of study, there is something for everyone at Hinds Community College.

Hinds is proud to offer a scholarship to graduating high school seniors who achieve Eagle Scout Rank through the Boy Scouts of America or the Gold Award through the Girl Scouts of the United States of America.
Advisers serve as the general advisors for all students entering into the college. Once you have enrolled, our counselors will provide you with the appropriate information to match college resources with your student needs.
