RAYMOND – Hinds Community College recently named the Fall 2025 honorees of the IDEAList employee recognition. These employees represent Hinds’ college values of Integrity, Diversity, Excellence, Accountability, Leadership and Stewardship.

In alphabetical order the honorees are as follows:

Dr. Lynchanda Coleman-Kelly

Dr. Lynchanda Coleman-Kelly of Byram has been a Hinds employee for 10 years. She is an instructor and curriculum coordinator for cosmetology on the Utica Campus. She is a graduate of Mendenhall High School, Hinds Community College, Miracle University Inc.

Katharine Land Elliott

Katharine Land Elliott of Flora, Dean of Health Sciences, has been a Hinds employee for 10 years. She is a graduate of Germantown High School in Tennessee, Meridian Community College, the University of Southern Mississippi and William Carey University.

Jennifer Murphy Gibbs

Jennifer Murphy Gibbs of Raymond has been a Hinds employee for nearly 19 years. She is Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Accreditation. A Hinds alumna, Gibbs is also a graduate of Central Hinds Academy, Mississippi State University, Mississippi College and is currently pursuing a doctorate at Delta State University.

Angela Hayes

Angela Hayes of Jackson, Business Outreach Manager for the WIN Job Center on the Jackson Campus, has worked at Hinds for 13 years. She is a graduate of Hinds, Callaway High School in Jackson and Jackson State University.

Andrea Janoush

Andrea Janoush of Madison, Vice President of Human Resources, has been a Hinds employee for four years. She is a graduate of All Saint Episcopal School and the University of Mississippi.

Olicia King

Olicia King of Raymond is the curriculum coordinator for the Math Department on the Raymond Campus. She has been at Hinds for eight years. She is a graduate of Murrah High School in Jackson and Jackson State University.

Alice Leach

Alice Leach of Brandon is an Instructor for Early Childhood Education at Hinds’ Vicksburg-Warren Campus. She has worked at Hinds for three years. She is a graduate of Delta State University and the University of Phoenix, with graduate work at Texas Tech University.

Malcolm Morrow

Malcolm Morrow of Jackson is the Social Media Specialist in the Marketing and Communications Department on the Raymond Campus. He has worked at Hinds for two years. He is a graduate of Provine High School in Jackson, Holmes Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi.

Andrea Sanders

Andrea Sanders of Brandon, Executive Director of Marketing and Communications, has been at Hinds for four years. She is a graduate of McLaurin High School, the University of Southern Mississippi and Belhaven University.

Mark Stanton

Mark Stanton of Raymond is Director of Facilities Usage. A 17-year Hinds employee, he graduated from Myrtle High School and Delta State University.

Harry Watson

Harry Watson of Madison has been a Hinds employee for seven years. He is Director of Choral Programs on the Utica Campus. He is a graduate of Murrah High School in Jackson, Hinds Community College, Tougaloo College and Jackson State University.

Jason Webb

Jason Webb of Clinton is Dean of Career-Technical Education for Construction and Manufacturing and has worked at Hinds for more than 23 years. He is a graduate of Byram High School, Hinds and Mississippi College.
