Hinds Community College’s Vicksburg-Warren Campus is hosting a Vicksburg Nursing Showcase at the Nursing Center. The showcase, aimed at prospective students and parents interested in nursing as a career, is 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 24.
Programs currently available on the Vicksburg-Warren Campus are Transition to RN, Nursing Assistant and Practical Nursing. A program for IV Therapy certification is coming soon.
During the showcase, attendees can tour the learning labs and speak with faculty as well as find out about admission requirements and deadlines. They can also enjoy free food and win prizes.
The Vicksburg-Warren Campus is at 755 Highway 27 and the Nursing Center, located adjacent to the campus, is at 6639 Paxton Rd. in Vicksburg. For more information, call 601.376.4819.
