Hinds Community College today issued the Ice Bucket Challenge in honor of former employee, Julie Faul, who worked in the Information Technology division, 1995-2008.

Hinds is issuing the challenge to colleagues at Copiah-Lincoln Community College, Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and Holmes Community College. They can choose to take the Ice Bucket Challenge and donate just $10. But, if they refuse the challenge, a $100 donation is on the line.
Faul, who is battling ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease), joined Hinds employees and students for the event. Hinds President Dr. Clyde Muse served as Hinds CC Team Captain.
