Preview Day: Raymond

The purpose of Preview Day on the Raymond Campus is to allow prospective students and their families to experience Hinds Community College firsthand. This event allows students to explore academic programs, learn about admissions and enrollment steps, connect with campus resources, and get a better feel for student life at Hinds.

Preview Day is designed to help students picture themselves as part of the Hinds community by engaging with faculty, staff, student organizations, and support services. Through campus tours, informational sessions, department visits, and resource tables, students will gain a better understanding of the opportunities available to them and the next steps needed to begin their college journey.

This event also serves as an important recruitment opportunity by helping students feel welcomed, informed, and excited about choosing Hinds Community College.
