Rankin County School District + Hinds CC Career Expo

The purpose of the RCSD + Hinds CC Pathways Career Expo is to expose students across all eight Rankin County School District schools to career pathways, local industry partners, and hands-on opportunities available through Hinds Community College Career and Technical programs.

Through this partnership, RCSD and Hinds CC are working together to help students make meaningful connections between their high school experience, college training, and future career goals. The expo will feature local industry vendors, Hinds CC Career and Technical programs, and campus representatives who can share information about academic pathways, workforce opportunities, program requirements, and the skills needed for today’s job market.

This event is designed to help students explore career options, ask questions, engage with professionals, and better understand how Hinds CC can support their next steps after high school. It also strengthens the connection between education and workforce development by bringing schools, college programs, and industry partners together in one space to support student success.
