Honors Admission Requirements

Criteria

To join the Honors Program, you must meet criteria set up by the Honors Program Advisory Committee. In special cases where these criteria are questionable, admission is granted at the discretion of the Honors Institute Dean.

First-Time College Student

Composite ACT Score of 25 or higher
– or –
Cumulative high school GPA of 3.5 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)

Student with a College Transcript

Cumulative college GPA of 3.5 or higher on at least 12 hours
Only college transfer-credit courses are considered for admission.
