DESCRIPTION:The purpose of Vicksburg Preview Day is to provide prospective and incoming students with an opportunity to complete important enrollment steps and receive support as they prepare for the upcoming semester. This event is designed to help students navigate the registration process\, ask questions\, and connect with campus staff who can assist with admissions\, advising\, financial aid\, business office needs\, and other next steps. \nStudents will have the opportunity to receive one-on-one assistance\, learn more about available programs and campus resources\, and make progress toward becoming registered and ready for classes. Vicksburg Preview Day also allows students and families to become more familiar with the Vicksburg Campus while receiving the guidance needed to feel prepared and supported as they begin their Hinds journey.

Each year the band program invites an area high school band to perform their concert followed by the Hinds Band. This event gets high school students and their parents on our campus.
