Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 5:00 PM, before the Hinds home game vs MS Gulf Coast Community College. Come to the tailgate area next to Gene Murphy Field at Joe Renfroe Stadium (follow signs).
Gene Murphy Commitment to Excellence Award
We are pleased to announce the establishment of the Gene Murphy Commitment to Excellence Award. This award will be given annually to a Hinds football player who displays the qualities of character, sportsmanship and hard work that were so important to Coach Murphy. Please consider making a gift in honor of Coach Murphy to the Hinds CC Foundation to help fund the award.
