DESCRIPTION:Southern Fiber Arts started in 2015\, spurred by an interest in creating art pieces beyond the boundaries of the ”traditional” quilt. \nThis exhibition\, inspired by member Leanne Green’s “Mississippi” quilt\, represents the “Challenge” of creating 18 x 20 inch Mississippi-themed quilts for the Mississippi Quilt Challenge traveling exhibition. \nJoins us on Wednesday August 19 from 3 – 5 p.m. for the Artists Reception.
