The recruiting staff visits area high schools, college fairs, job fairs, business expos, employment offices, and business and industry sites to market all locations and programs of the College.

The recruiting staff is also available for students to visit with them in Fountain Hall no matter which Hinds CC location the student may plan to attend. This office also houses the College's student recruiting and hospitality group, Hinds Connection.

Admissions and Records

The District Admissions and Records Office, located in Denton Hall on the Raymond Campus, is the entry and exit point for all Hinds Community College students. This office processes all admissions and records information for all Hinds CC locations. The District Admissions and Records staff is supported by Admissions Processors at each Hinds location that work with students at that location prior to sending the documents to the District Office.

This office processes and stores most any document that involves a student’s scholastic record while at Hinds Community College. HCC Transcripts are produced and mailed from this office daily. Graduation applications are processed and approved by this office and the commencement exercises are coordinated by the District Director of Admissions and Records/Registrar.
