How do I apply?
Applying for Hinds Connection is easy! There are just three things that you need to complete.
1. Complete the Hinds Connection Application.
2. Provide two letters of recommendation and your official High School or College transcript. Recommendation Letters should be from someone who knows you well and could attest to your personality, character, and leadership abilities (Teachers, Youth Group Leaders, Counselors, etc.)
3. Attend one of our “Get Acquainted Sessions”. “Get Acquainted Sessions” are an opportunity for you to learn more about Hinds Connection and will be offered throughout August. You will hear from the sponsors and have a chance to meet with current Hinds Connection members. We will share with you information about the group and you will be able to view pictures and video footage from last year’s group. “Get Acquainted Sessions” will be offered on the following dates:
*Get Acquainted Session #1: Tuesday, June 27, 2016 at 1:00 pm.
*Get Acquainted Session #2: Monday, July 25, 2016 at 5:00 pm.
*Get Acquainted Session #3: Monday August 15, 2016 at 5:00 pm.
*Get Acquainted Session #4: Tuesday August 16, 2016 at 1:00 pm.
All of our “Get Acquainted Sessions” will be located in the Meeting Room of Fountain Hall.
