Mark Stanton

District Director of Student Activities and Intramurals

Mark came to Hinds Community College in 2008 as the Student Activities and Intramural Director for the Raymond Campus.   He came as an alumnus of Delta State University, where he completed a Master's In Physical Education and Recreation while serving as the Graduate Assistant to the Intramural Director and adjunct faculty for the Physical Education Department. Since his arrival in 2008, the intramural program has expanded to include over 28 sports year-round. Numerous Student Activities have come to be offered including events during Fall Welcome Week, Spring Welcome Week, Spring Fever, and many other Student Activity Challenges. Mark has 10+ years experience officiating, playing and working with student activities and intramurals at Delta State University and the Baptist Student Union at DSU.

Allyson Winn
Assistant Student Activities and Intramural Coordinator

Allyson joined the newly created District Student Activities Department in July of 2011. She brings new experience and ideas coming from a background in graphic design as a Hinds Community College Graduate 2006. She also played soccer while she was here 2005-2006, and was a NJCAA Academic All-American 2006. She worked as a part-time worker as well as volunteer for the Student Activities Department 2009-2011.
