Hinds Community College is working to promote a non-partisan voter registration drive at each of the college's six locations.

Members of each campus' Associated Student Government and Phi Theta Kappa chapters will man booths to register students for the November 2008 elections. The voter registration forms will be delivered to the respective county offices.

Three Hinds' locations have set their voter registration times as follows:

Rankin Campus: 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 17, in the George Wynne Hall mezzanine.

Raymond Campus: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 18, in the Courtyard.

Jackson Campus- Nursing/Allied Health Center: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 22 and Thursday, Sept. 25 in the breezeway.
