Hinds CC commencements set for May 16, 18

The Hinds Community College commencement ceremonies for the Spring semester have been set by the school.
May 16
Two Hinds Community College commencements will take place in Cain-Cochran Hall’s Hogg Auditorium, Raymond Campus:
8:30 a.m. - Nursing and allied health graduates from throughout the Hinds CC district will hear Lamar Nesbit, senior vice president for human resources, St. Dominic Health Services, during their graduation and pinning ceremonies.
11 a.m. (A-L) and 2 p.m. (M-Z) - Graduates from the Raymond, Rankin and Vicksburg-Warren campuses and the Jackson Campus-Academic/Technical Center will hear University of Southern Mississippi President Dr. Martha Saunders.
May 18
The Hinds Community College Utica Campus commencement will take place in J.D. Boyd Gymnasium, Utica Campus:
2 p.m. - Graduates will hear Dr. Daniel Watkins, dean of the College of Education and Human Development, Jackson State University.
