04/08/08 – Because of threatening weather Friday and Saturday, the Hinds Community College Landscape Management Department is moving the annual spring plant sale to the T.H. Kendall Agriculture Complex on Seven Springs Road, east off Highway 18, south of Raymond.

The sale will be behind the landscape management shop/vet tech building, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. Just follow the signs.

The sale will include trees, shrubs, ground covers, vines, annuals, perennials and herbs.

The annual plant sale is a fund-raiser to help landscape students attend conferences, workshops and other industry meetings locally, regionally and nationally.
