Lifelong Learning Information *new course*

Registration is now open for non-credit adult learner enrichment courses being offered by the Hinds Community College Institute for Life Long Learning, Encore Explorations program at the Raymond Campus.
 
The schedule includes:
 
Excel II: Create formulas, display multiple workbooks, merge projects; such as mailouts etc. Explore what-if scenarios. Details: 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m., Thursdays May 10-June 14 at Hinds Community College Eagle Ridge Conference Center, Raymond. Tuition: $95.
 
Hinds employees can earn up to 5 PDI extra credit hours for completing this course.

Life Long Learning Information

The Institute for Life Long Learning under Melody Field is creating a new program for adult learners with short courses to be taught at night and Saturday mornings. Volunteer instructors, instructors to be compensated with honorarium pay and instructors to be paid through consultation arrangements are being sought for the first series of courses that include:

HOME FINANCE: Budgeting: Get started in 2012/ Stocks, Part I: Basic Fundamentals/Stocks, Part II: Beyond the Basics
WORLD LANGUAGE: French I/ French II/Spanish I/Spanish II
COMPUTERS: Facebook Insights/Blogging and Self-Publishing/Leveraging Social Media/Excel I: The Awesome Power of Charts/Excel II/Excel Formulas, Functions and Pivot Tables/Photoshop I/Photoshop II
