Eagle Ridge Challenge Course
Focused leadership, effective communication, problem solving and trust are some of the team components that can affect the success of any organization. The Eagle Ridge Challenge Course helps your team sharpen these skills through outdoor experiential learning. Experiential learning is based on the premise that we learn more by doing than from lecture or text. The Eagle Ridge Challenge Course can be your team's "classroom" for effective team building.
How Are We Different?
The Eagle Ridge Challenge Course is a series of customized activities focused towards achieving the objectives desired by each client. A debriefing session follows each activity where successful team behavior is discussed and parallels are made to workplace situations. This type of training experience increases the learning curve and immediate application is evident. Many of our clients use the outdoor challenge course in conjunction with our classroom sessions. The challenge course experience builds awareness and demonstrates the need for skill development; the classroom training focuses on the steps necessary to develop those skills. The outdoor challenge course is learning that is fun. We take our client's training needs seriously while conducting training that is interesting and highly interactive. We invite you to come be a part of a one of a kind training experience.
