The Art Department offers a broad-based program of study through a strong curriculum, exhibition resources, dedicated faculty and varied other professional activities. Courses in Design, Drawing, Art History, Painting, Ceramics, Photography, Inventive Crafts and Art Appreciation provide a selection of parallel courses for transfer credit and personal enrichment opportunities.

Our new Macintosh lab supports our position of making individual learning experiences relevant to today's changing world. Both art majors and non-art majors have the opportunity to experience the uniqueness of the creative process from a practical as well as theoretical approach.
