Hinds women's soccer inks transfer
05/27/08 -  Barbara Dotson of Terry recently signed a scholarship to play women's soccer at Hinds Community College for the 2008 season.

Dotson is a transfer student from Co-Lin Community College, where she received many awards for her play.

Dotson, who is a 2007 graduate of Terry High School, was named to the Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) All-State team as a defender and was voted Most Valuable Player by her teammates at Co-Lin.

"Barbara will bring experience and leadership ability to our defense," said Hinds coach Kori Babb. "She is eager to continue the winning tradition that we have here at Hinds Community College."
