The Hinds Community College men's soccer team continues its domination of the state of Mississippi. The Eagles defeated the Lions of East Mississippi Community College, 7-0, on Friday night in Raymond. The game marked the regular season home finale for Hinds.
 
Hinds is now 11-2 on the year and has yet to be defeated in the state of Mississippi.
 
The goals for Hinds on Friday were scored by a number of different players. Brandt Sutton of Brandon led Hinds with two goals, and the following players' added one goal apiece: Austin Baker (Tupelo), Blanks Baldwin (Pearl), Michael Bush (Florence), Brandon Hoge (Brandon) and Marcelo Lima (Fortaleza, Brazil).
 
The Eagles will now look to next week, as they travel to Northwest Community College in Senatobia on Tuesday for a 4 p.m. tilt.
