The men's soccer team continued their strong play on Wednesday by whipping Holmes Community College, 6-0. The win is the sixth straight for the Eagles and improves their overall record to 7-2 on the season.
 
Scoring goals for Hinds were Michael Cooper of Vicksburg, with two, Tucker Hood of Brandon, JC Pierce of Clinton and Kanvas Wilson of Crystal Springs.
 
Assists were provided by Tucker Hood, Brandt Sutton of Brandon, Jay Sandifer of Florence, Austin Bakerof Tupelo and Carlos Lima.
 
The win ended the first round of North Division play for Hinds. The Eagles are the only undefeated team in the division, and the only Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) team that is undefeated in division play.
