The current Hinds men's soccer team defeated the Hinds alumni players by a 3-2 margin Saturday night in Raymond. The annual game was a chance for former Hinds players and current Hinds players to meet and greet, and soak up the tradition that is Hinds soccer.

"We had alumni show up who had played in 1984 all the way thru 2006," said Hinds coach Doug Williams."The guys all had a good time and it was great to see many of the alumni reconnect."

The men will return to action on Wednesday, Sept. 17, when they take on Holmes Community College in a district matchup. The men's game will begin at 7 p.m.
