Hinds track team finishes well despite damp conditions
04/15/08 -  The Hinds track team competed in the Ole Miss Invitational on Saturday in Oxford.

The Eagles were able to put together strong finishes in spite of the cold and windy weather conditions.

The 4x100 meter relay team of Markie Faust of McComb, Jerel Hill of Vicksburg, Terry Jackson of Tylertown and Anton Taylor of Jackson continued to put together an amazing effort, finishing in first place with a time of 40.10 seconds.

Hinds also had numerous runner-up and close calls to round out the day:
