Brandon's Tucker Hood
signs with Hinds

- Tucker Hood, a senior at Brandon High School, signed a scholarship to play for Hinds for the 2008-2009 school year on Jan. 17. Tucker plays in the midfield for the Brandon Bulldogs. He helped lead the team to the MHSAA 5A Championship game in 2007.
Tucker also plays for the Mississippi Fire soccer club. His team has played in some of the top youth tournaments in the southeastern United States, including the Dallas Cup and the Disney College Showcase.
"I'm excited about having Tucker join us. He is the second Mississippi Fire player to join this years recruiting class and he will bring a lot of valuable playing experience with him to Hinds," Williams said.
