Krayleon Winston signs with Belhaven College
04/22/08 -  Krayleon Winston of Jackson, a sophomore guard on the Hinds men's basketball team, has signed a basketball scholarship with Belhaven College in Jackson, Miss. for the 2008-2009 season.

The 2006 Wingfield High School graduate has led the Bulldogs the past two seasons and looks to take his talents to the four-year level.

Winston was a steady performer in 2007-2008, as he provided Coach Ralph Moore with solid sophomore leadership. His work did not go unnoticed by his peers, as Winston was named to the 2008 Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges (MACJC) All-Star game played in Philadelphia, Miss.
