Two plus Two Agreements

Hinds Community College has two plus two agreements with Delta State University and the University of Southern Mississippi to offer junior and senior level courses at one of our six locations after completion of the Associate of Art degree program at Hinds. Hinds students can work toward a bachelor's degree from the respective college or university without having to leave the Jackson Metro area. Mississippi University for Women offers a two plus two Bachelor of Technology in Professional Studies with a concentration in Culinary Arts on the Jackson Academic Career Technical campus.

Additional two plus two agreements are honored with Jackson State University, Mississippi State University, University of Louisiana Monroe, University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Health Related Professionals and the V3 College of Mississippi University for Women in order to assist students with a seamless transition from the community college to the four year institute and to provide a detailed plan of study in a baccalaureate degree-granting academic program.

Hinds students age 25 or older may take advantage of the unique two plus two agreement with Mississippi College to obtain a bachelor’s degree through the Accelerated Degree Partnership.
